Per my client's mandate, I am seeking your consent to stand as my client's Foreign Partner that has the full capacity to receive the sum of US$82million and thereafter to invest 65% of the US$82million on behalf of my client in accordance to our agreed terms and conditions. I therefore write with due respect on the above subject matter for your consideration and approval.
